About BEST
The BEST project aims to enhance awareness and equip a wide range of stakeholders, including business support organizations (BSOs), HR managers, SME employers and employees, VET organizations, and the general public, with essential knowledge and tools on how to manage human resources while fostering employee empowerment and contribute to well-being within workplaces.
Central to the project’s objectives is the exploration and exchange of experiences, sharing of best practices, and raising of awareness regarding the factors critical for attracting, managing, and retaining talent for SMEs. Special emphasis will be placed on valuing diversity and inclusivity as a pivotal point to increase talent attractions and management. The project will facilitate discussions and debates from a transnational perspective, mapping both digital and non-digital tools at the EU level to support these endeavors.
